***PREPARING FOR YOUR SESSION***

There are a few things you may wish to do before beginning your session.
Below are a few things I’ve done to prepare for my attunements and initiations.

Light incense
Light candles
Dim the lights
Use an eye pillow
Burn aromatherapy oils
Play relaxing meditation music
Say a prayer for grounding and balance
Surround yourself with crystals that resonates with you
Place a few drops of Rosemary oil on crown & throat chakra (clears negative energy)
Sit comfortably in a chair. Add a throw for warmth and comfort
Lie down on a sofa or bed. Add a throw for warmth and comfort

At the end of each session and after the completion of the call, you may want to relax and balance for awhile. Sometimes the energies continue to flow for up to 15minutes. You may experience subtle frequencies during and after the meditation.

All Remote Receivership Attunements are held through Conference Call.
You will be sent a Toll Free number to dial into at no charge to you!

Conference calls can last up to one hour. It is best to reserve one complete hour for total relaxation.
In-person healings last between 45 minutes and one hour.
